Allianz Arena and The Robber Bus Driver

Who doesn’t know Allianz Arena if you are football fans? The stadium of Bayern München. One of the most successful club in the world. Located in Bavaria area in southeast of Germany. This club was found in 1900. It was accidently going there from Münich airport after Paris-Brussels-Amsterdam trip for one week. I needed to go back from Amsterdam and my plane had transit in Münich for 5 hours. I smelled the Bavaria air. I smelled the Bayern München everywhere. In the airport you can find lost of Bayern München jerseys, Bavarian beers and everything about Bayern München. Having a 5 hours experience of transit before, I felt it was not cool. Because I am the type of person who can not sit for long time, I decided to go from airport after one hour waiting for the next flight to Prague. Yeah I decided to go to Allianz Arena. I asked to the man wearing Bayern Münich kit (he is so handsome by the way ups. Forget it).

“How long it takes to go to Allianz Arena?” sambil ngelihat betapa tampannya mahluk satu ini yang mengalahkan Bastian Schweinsteiger.

“At about 45 minutes from here.”

“Would you like to tell me what train I should take?” He wrote it on my iPhone about the route.

With S1 or S8 to Münich Main station, U6 to Fröttmaning. He wrote that. I went out from the Airport and the cop caught me.

“I’m police, can I see your passport?”

“Here it is”

“Oh okay, you can go then”

It costs 10 Euros from Airport to the station. When I got on the train after 20 minutes waiting, I was feeling sad, afraid. I didn’t know why I felt that way at that time. Everyone I saw was a thief. I cried cause I was afraid I would be robbed. Everyone looked so scary in the train. Oh Goooosh. And guess what?????? It took one and half hours to go to Allianz Arena. Oh sh*t. From Fröttmaning (the last station) took 20 minutes to walk cause I’m slow walker :/ ouch. Wow, that’s Allianz Arena. The best stadium in the world (I am not Bayern fan by the way. I just find this club is amazing). I smelled Toni Kroos, I smelled Bastian Schweinsteiger, I smelled Mario Mandzukic and Xherdan Shaqiri. Awwwwwh. I smelled The Bavaria Kingdom. Located far away from city, Allianz Arena is one of the best stadium in the world. Well said. At that time Germany was shinny. I went to the information centre just want to know how Allianz Arena was. The receptionist asked me to have tour at 2PM whereas I would have my flight at 3PM. I just went to the cabinet trophy, Bayern shop and had pictures with my lovely Toni Kroos and another Bayern Münich players’ statue (hiks, not the real ones). Unfortunately there was no training so that I could not meet Bayern players. The receptionist told me that tomorrow they would have training here. Well, why not now? Why not today? Aaaaarggh. Poor me. I didn’t have much time to explore all the whole stadium.

It was just 20 minutes I was in Allianz Arena and I needed to go back to Münich Airport soon. The return, I was not scared anymore. Allianz Arena’s effect probably. And guess what?????? I LOST MY FLIGHT. Yeah I lost my flight to Prague cause I went to Allianz Arena. Oh GOD, WHY?????? I arrived at three to fifteen and my plane flew 3PM. Why was I so stupid to even handle or manage my time not to be late? It was useless to have another flight in the same date cause it cost so much expensive. That was why I chose public transportation like bus to continue my trip to Prague and then from Prague by bus again to Brno. I called AIESEC in Brno to tell that I would be in Brno in the next day.

From Airport I went to Prague by bus and it took 5 hours. I like the view in Bavaria village at 5 PM. The bus driver could not speak English very well. You know, the bus driver gave me bunches of coin when he gave me the back of money.

“ No Euro anymore. Here I give you 100CZK. 100 CZK is 4 Euro. I have one Euro (in cents)” Said the bus driver giving me cents and CZK for the back.

“What?”

“No money again, I am sorry”

“Oh ok, no problem. (Ekampreeeeeettt. Padahal cuma 5 Euro, dikasih duit cents udah gitu kembaliannya juga dikasih Czech Koruna) I grumbled.

It cost at about 15 euros (if I am not mistaken). To be honest I was bit afraid and paranoid cause there were only 4 people in the bus. What if the bus was a criminal bus, what if the driver was robber, what if the people inside would robber and killed me. Oh my GOD. I enjoyed the trip with the freezing weather then I fell asleep. I smelled Prague by the view from the bus. I woke up and one thing that scared me was when all people got down in the Prague train station and I was the only one who went to Florenc Bus Station in Prague. I went down and tried to take my luggage in the bus but the driver stopped me.

“No, not Florenc” Said the bus driver. “Florenc next, you stay in the bus”

Damn, I was the only one who was in the bus. Would they take me to the Florenc? Would the rob me? To prevent bad thing, I took my bag and sat next to the door so that when they stroke me, I could break the door and run away. When I travel, everyone I meet is like a robber. My thought about the bus driver was stopped after he took me to Florenc and helped me to bring my luggage.

“This is Florenc” The handsome bus driver smiled and gave me my bag.

Well, thank you and have a nice day 😀

Amsterdam and Its Adult Entertainment

I needed to continue my trip to Amsterdam by bus cause train costs more expensive. I went there by Euroline from Gare Du Nord Station in Brussels. I was in Amsterdam at 11PM. Again, my host really welcome me very well. The next day I had Canal Tour that took me around Amsterdam by the ship. The view I had was so beautiful. Amsterdam is one of my favorite one. There are lots of bike and sure, the population of bike is bigger than population of people itself. That is good, isn’t it? I didn’t get why I was asleep during the canal cruise tour.

Taking Picture With Legend

It is true that Amsterdam is the place for adult entertainment. Freedom everywhere. Even it is legal for drugs. But, never try that otherwise your life will be destroyed. Trust me (angel mode on). You can have live sex show, all sex shop and museum are available there. Not only that, but also there are lots of weed shop cause weed is legal there. Lucky you! Once I was so curious about the weed. I went to the shop and saw the lollipop. Only one euro and I could have that lollipop. I ate that but I didn’t like the taste. I didn’t eat that anymore. I throw it away cause I thought “Kalau aku habisin ini lollipop, gak bakalan balik rumah nanti” That is why I didn’t finish it. I was afraid if I ate it all, I would not be able to go home. Amsterdam was enough even though I just went around the central and some museums like Madame Tussauds just to know how famous people or celebrity have their body shaped in wax statue.

Dolly cabang Amsterdam (Red Light District)

It is probably a must if you visit Amsterdam, you must go to Red Light District. Yeah you know lah what kind of place it is. It is a sex entertainment for adult located in central station in Amsterdam :D. If you are sex lover, you should go there lol. Your instinct will guide you to Red Light District. Located in the south of Amsterdam Central and in the east of Damrak Street. Turn left from the station then across and go find Damrak Street. There is a canal over there on the left side. You will find people walking into Zeedijk. Feel the air, the atmosphere and booooom, you will be in Red Light District. It is not hard to find the RLD. You will find naked women in the house in the windows asking you to visit and uhuk-uhuk or Jiggy Jig them. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to take a pic in Red Light District area. Camera and cells are forbidden just to keep their identity well. Well, guys happy hunting there!

It was been a week I was in Europe without eating rice. As you know that Indonesian can’t eat without rice, that is why I was so happy when I saw Asian restaurant with Nasi Goreng menu. Wow, I found rice. I ordered and boom, MAHAL AMAT :/ it cost 11 euros. Damn, that was so expensive. Here in Indonesia you can have 0.5 Euros for the nice one. But yeah whatever. I guess Amsterdam was enough for the trip. Once I went to KFC, I saw Indonesian and tried to say hello to them in the toilet.

“Orang Indonesia yaaa?” I asked

“BUKAN!!!! ORANG BULE” with a fucking loud and inappropriate voice she answered.

“Ebuset. Galak amat. Tampang jelek busuk penuh belatung aja belagu di negeri orang. Saya ini tanya baik-baik”

And then a bunch oh bitches disappeared without saying anything after I replied with sarcasm. Sarcasm answer deserves sarcasm treatment as well. Well, be nice in a every country especially when you meet native people from your own country.

One Day Trip in Brussels

In the morning in February 14, I went to Gare Du Nord. Shit happened when I was there and someone broke the wheel of my backpack (I had backpack with wheel mostly like trolley bag) because of this, he felt guilty and helped me to bring my backpack even when the super high escalator was broken (great). By train, I went to Brussels after asking to the people who didn’t want to speak English that much. Because it was valentine day, there were many people brought some flowers and chocolates for their partner (aww so sweet).

I spent just one day in Brussels and went to the Royal Palace was not that really bad. I also stayed with a couchsurfer there. The next day, he took me around the city and explained me everything about the old buildings’ history. I was like having tour guide in Brussels. Brussels is awesome city. I like the waffle.

Rainy and Couldy Paris

Before my project in AIESEC started, I decided to go to west Europe. I chose Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam. I was looking for the best way to go to Paris from Prague. By bus, it took almost more than 12 hours and cost at about 76 Euros till I found the flight at about 91 Euros from Prague to Paris. That was cheap enough compared to another travel agent I had that offered me 600 Euros for return (CRAZY) cause it was Valentine day and everyone wanted to go there. I was almost speechless but I kept walking to find another travel agent.

In the morning while everyone was sleeping, I got up to check out. The receptionist told me how to go to airport. From Mustek Station in Prague Old town (just 50 meters from my Hostel), I took the green line to Dejvická and from Dejvická I took bus number 119 and voila, the airport.

In February 12 2014, From Prague Airport I flew to Paris and had transit in Frankfurt for 5 hours and it was delayed for 2 hours. Great. then I landed in rainy Paris. I was bit ill cause I didn’t eat enough. I vomited after I landed in Paris. In Paris I chose couchsurfing. I stayed with the couchsurfer there. He picked me up in a Starbucks near the Saint Michael Station. From Charles De Gaulle airport I took RER B to Saint Michael. Oh where is my friend? raining, no simcard and the Starbuck shop was almost close. I asked to the attendant to write the name of address in Starbucks shop so he could pick me up there. I sent the picture to him and he arrived. He took me to the Notre Dam at night. What a beautiful view. because it was raining, it made me difficult to bring my trolley backpack around the city. But that was the sensation of raining at night in Paris with trolley backpack.

Image

Notre Dam in the next day

It was still raining again in the next day. Oh Paris, come on! You don’t need to be rainy when I am here. I grumbled. I spent so much money in Paris. Just bought a present for my bestfriend birthday, some chocos, also the keychain in Eiffel Tower. To be honest, I don’t really like Paris that much. Everything is expensive. People are not that friendly and I was really afraid over there. I saw everyone was robber. But yeah, I admit that Eiffel Tower was a good view.

When you are single and want to be mingle, going to Paris especially in Eiffel Tower around Valentine day is not the right choice. Everytime I was there, couples asked me to take them some pictures and you will see people are having the third base over there. And I was just like Jones, Jomblo Ngenes. That is also not a good view for kids.

I already spent time exploring Paris. In the evening I texted my friend how I could go back to home. He asked me to go to La Defense Station. But he was not there. I was so damn panic cause the mall in the station was close. I asked help to the Parisian there but he could not even help me. I just needed him to text my friend that I was in La defense with my almost-crying-face but he seemed didnt care and enjoy talking with his friends. Until there were women asked me what happened to me. They could not speak English but they did help me. I didn’t have the tickets and they helped me through the station. She lent me her phone to call my friend and my friend asked me to go to Colombes Station. From La Defense I went to Colombes by RER and bus. In the mid night it was so silent and nobody was there. I asked to the people where the Colombes was until a couple told me. The girl asked me to take me to the Colombes and she left his boyfriend on the street just to show me the way to go.

“Ok, I take you there, come on follow me”

“Thank you”

“You know, this area is not safe for the people at this time” She scared me

WTF, what if I got robbed, what if I was kidnapped, what if I was killed? again, I was being Paranoid. You can imagine a woman alone walking in the mid night around the dangerous place in other country. Great. The Colombes Station was in front of us. Well, thank you girl for taking me there.

Prague Is Beautiful

Czech Republic was the first county I visited out of Asia and the first country I had to make visa first. It was a long story why I chose Czech Republic and had internship there. I remember someone from Czech that I met in Indonesia convinced me that it was a must I must visit Czech Republic at least once in my life (well, I want it more not once). Because of him finally I could step my feet in the Czech Republic. Well thank you for your suggestion. When I joined in an organization called AIESEC, there was option to have internship in Brno, Czech Republic. With no doubt I chose and applied that. To get Brno I had to go to Prague as the capital city if Czech Republic. Well, this is my story in Prague and another country before having internhsip.

I flew from Soekarno Hatta Airport, Jakarta to Dubai by Emirates at 12AM on February 10. A bit annoyed cause in airplane I didn’t have my meals because I fell asleep and forgot to put wake me up for meals-sign. So the attendant didn’t give me the meals. At 9AM in the morning (Dubai’s time) I had my flight to Czech Republic after waiting for 3 hours to get the next flight. I was so excited and could not wait for the time I would be in The Czech Republic.

When I landed in Vaclav Havel Airport, Prague , I was wondering how my next six weeks would be. I didn’t get why I felt no cold at all when everyone there was feeling so cold and wearing their own coats. Everything was new for me. The people, the weather, the air, the view, even the public transportation system. It was my first time in Europe that I used to want it before. After I brought my luggage and immigration office, I went to the information centre just wanted to know how to go to the Square. I got my ticket that cost 32 CZK for 1 hour. Bringing my backpack, I got on the bus. The bus number 100 took me to Zličín and the Metro took me to Náměstí Republiky in yellow zone. I can say that transportation system in Czech Republic is very good. I didn’t find any difficulties as long as I could as everyone there about the route.

It was my silliness cause I am really bad at reading the map. It took some hours to reach the hostel called Prague Square Hostel located near Astronomical Clock in Prague. I asked to the police but he could not help. It was not really my fault being so long to reach my hostel. Cause in the map, it told me to stop in Náměstí Republiky station whereas Mustek was closer than Náměstí Republiky itself. I just turned around with my bags and tried to enjoy the air in Prague. It’s Czech Republic, you know! I asked people but still got no clue. One thing I did was GOOGLING. Yeah google helped me with the map that I printed in internet café cause I had no Czech sim card. “Oh my God, that is not that far from centre”. I rang the bell and told the receptionist that I already booked the hostel. It was nice and recommended hostel to stay. Located in the centre with cool design and nice place. I dropped my luggage and took a rest for a while after some hours spent by looking for the hostel to stay. As a backpaker, I chose hostel to stay. I got room with Korean boy that we shared the plugs, Italian that offered me some waffles, and the rest I forgot. I was the only girl in that room but it was okay for me.

The evening came. I decided to go to see how pretty Prague was. It was amazing city, I really loved it. With old buildings, baroque architecture, unique shape that was totally different from Indonesia. Thanks God, I was in Prague. About the food, as I don’t eat pork, it was not really hard to find halal food. I chose kebab. The size of kebab is bigger that kebab that I have in Indonesia. Spending the night in Prague, seeing walking people, breathing every fresh air that far away from pollution. What could you ask more?

Image

Prague in the evening

My trip was continued the next day after spending the night in Prague. It was freezing but not snowy. I went to Astronomical Clock that is very famous place in Prague. In 9 AM, the clock always rings and people around watch and see it. It is pretty big clock. I continued my trip again to Charles Bridge after having Starbucks near the square. What an amazing bridge!!!!!!!! Prague is so beautiful. No wonder it is nominated as one of the most beautiful city in the world. You can find beggars with their dogs, some of paintings, selling postcard, some gooses, also the birds. What a pretty view I got when I visited Charles Bridge. Awesome building, colourfull building. Everything is beautiful in Prague. I am in love with Prague.

The 3 Days Crush

That enough made me think a bit. A stranger who made me think impossible stuff to happen. A super short story happened in Bali last year. The best island you’ve ever imagined to spend your holiday in the world. Oh my God, who is that? Aaron Ramsey’s twin? suddenly a super tall man passed me on the top of Sky Garden bar. A stranger that I saw was running circle in my head at that time. He was super handsome, tall, brown-haired, sharpen eyes, having sweet lips and cool. How could I resist him when he always passed me everytime? How could I not look back at him? How could I not try to get close? How could………? He looked like that he sought something. His eyes explained his confusedness. He looked like he wanted to find something or a person or so on. I didn’t approach or even say hi first to him just to help him instead. I was enjoying the night in Sky Garden with everyone there but my eyes kept looking at him. I used to enjoy the music but not that day. All the thing I did was being silent. Waiting for him to make a move or intended to ask me something he needed cause our eyes were seeing each other but he didn’t. Our eyes looked each other perfectly like in a movie when a boy and girl have crush at the first sight. He was super cute that made me have a crush on him. Yep, I was so curious about him.

I am not the type of a person who can easily make a move or just talk first at the first time I meet everyone. So I let him confused and I was on my comfort zone dancing. The best thing to do was staring at him from far but he didn’t notice it anymore. It was been dawn and time to go home. All day I thought about how sweet he was. Where is he from? what does he do in Bali? what does he need? what is he going to do? all those question ruined my mind. Maybe if he was not like Aaron Ramsey, I would not think about that. He was such as Aaron Ramsey from another version. Maybe sweeter or cuter, well who knows.

It was my 6th day in Bali after my friend went back home earlier so that I enjoyed Bali alone. I went to Bounty. The club close to Sky Garden but I left earlier because of the asshole security who treated me bit rude. I decided to go to Sky Garden. It is the biggest club in that area well it is my only favorite place ever. I stopped having my bir bintang (A zero alcohol beer from Indonesia) cause he passed me again. Woah, such a big surprise when seeing him around here again. I let him enjoy his night there. Until he’d like to go. Stalk him, stalk him, stalk him!!! Well, my brain and heart asked me to do that. I wonder what he was doing there and probably stalking was a good idea. I walked behind him when he stepped his feet on the up ground until he passed the dance floor that is full of hoes. Nobody noticed. Not even him cause there was so crowd and full of people. My steps stopped when he was entering the place like “that”. Ok, we can say it the place that full of sluts. I saw him with my own eyes that he wanted to have a slut for his one night stand. Whaaaaaaaatttt? I slapped my face and still could not believe that the cute guy like him wanted to have a hoe for himself. Why a hoe? why not a normal girl or a tourist in Bali?  That shocked and broke my mind for a while. You can imagine that you have a crush but he chooses a hoe for him. Enggak rela. The way I felt about him suddenly disappeared as I saw him that way. He talked to a “mom” asking her to give him a “girl”. Well you got what I meant. I smiled inside just to think that I was a bit disappointed and wrongly had a crush on stranger. Seemed he didn’t have what he wanted. Perhaps there was no available girl at that time, perhaps the one he needed was not there. When the bar was closed, he went away without having anything on his hands.

Kuta beach is my favorite place to hang out. It was so close to the small hotel that I stayed in Poppies 2. In the next day, I went there by foot. Look whom I saw??????? HIM. Yes he was on MCD in front of Kuta beach. I went to McD just wanted to have Mc Flurry cause I was thirsty enough having the sun kissed my skin and felt so exhausted. If I meet you again, You are my future man huh. I said that. Of course that was not on purpose. I was kidding. I still could not believe that he looked for a hoe in the bar. I snapped his picture secretly on my cellphone. I saw he was talking with two Indonesian girls ouuuuuucccccchhhhhhhhh.

Well, it was my last night in Bali that I had to go back home. Like the previous days, I went to Sky Garden Bar. I met a Taiwanese guy and he asked me to have picture with him. It was a bit awkward when a girl approached me and she got close to me. Seemed like a semi lesbian lol. I left him and I met two Australian guys, Tom and Jacob. I enjoyed the night with them. And voila, look who was behind us? HIM. It was the third time I saw him here in Bali. He was all alone and still wore the same black shirt everyday. I knew he was cute overload but why was he with a HOE???? A dark skinned and long black haied hoe seemed to win his heart (heart or body?) I looked back at them and they made such a silly romance. I bet it was just for one night stand cause in Bali the prostitute is such a business. He was just too cute for that hoe. I got a chance to make something. Accidently I made Tom stepped his feet to her feet while they were dancing in the dark. Yep, his hoe. Guess what, she felt the pain in the ass, oops I mean feet. That was not really my intend. It was caused by Tom who noticed anybody behind him because we were talking and dancing. After that, it was Jacob’s turn. I dropped his feet to step on hers. Yeah she felt the pain in the ass twice. “Sorry” said Jacob while dancing with me. Those Australian mates that I met were so funny and really talkactive. That hoe really felt the pain cause Jacob wore his big shoes. I stared at him (my crush) and I smiled with one side of mouth only. That’s what you get for stealing my crush, bitch! haha. That was my last night in Bali on August 2013. Fine but hurt.

PS: I was not jealous or angry or mad. I just didn’t like it and it was my fun and silliness to make her felt that way. Well, don’t take it serious because it is just the part of holiday that I had. Hanya keisengan belaka.

See you somewhere my “crush” that I should not have a crush on. After that, I didn’t care about that anymore. It was “nice” to see you for three days in Bali. Enjoy her! lol.
